Out of Hours Emergency Notice
If you experience an emergency outside of our normal working hours, please contact us on [Your contact number here] and leave a message.
An on-call property manager will get back to you promptly to assist in resolving the issue.
Please note: If your call is not considered an emergency and a contractor is dispatched, the tenant will be responsible for all associated costs.
All non-emergency maintenance issues will be addressed during normal working hours. For more information on how to contact us during working hours, please refer to our Contact Page.
Examples of non-emergency maintenance include:

Noise disturbances and other anti-social behaviour (contact your local council)

Rent and account enquiries (tenants are responsible for ensuring their bank standing order is in place for rent payment on or before the due date, as per your AST)
